We are delighted to announce the publication of Connecting to Source – A path to self-discovery through verse by entrepreneur and multidimensional medicine practitioner Linda Barry Tuohy. In a series of transcendental poems and self-reflections, Ms Barry Tuohy asks her readers to broaden their awareness of self, nature and Mother Love.
Linda invites readers on a journey into their unconscious, a path to self-discovery that could uncover the truth of love: What is it? Where is it? Rich in ethereal symbolism and spare, mystical language that signals to deeper meanings beneath, Linda’s collection guides readers toward a life free of stress and a path of self-discovery.
Linda benefited from the JM Agency team collective, with the client availing of our comprehensive book management service, where we guide and assist the author or publisher through all stages of the book creation process. This includes editing, book interior design, book cover design and advice & guidance on marketing, distribution and publishing.
Jeremy worked closely with Linda on earlier drafts of Connecting-, where they considered and discussed various possibilities and ideas with regard to both the cover and book interior. Ms Parvathi Venkitaraman, a freelance graphic designer and artist based in Mumbai, India, and an integral part of the JM Agency team, produced beautiful interior illustrations and bespoke font styles for the poetry collection.
A little about Linda Barry Tuohy – Energy healer, educator and avid surfer, Linda’a path has never veered too far from sea and soul. Serving in cliff rescue and RLNI in the 1980’s, Linda founded Oceanics Surf School in 1997. After immersing herself in meditation, she moved into the world of mystic healing. Learning to transmit loving energy, Linda founded LBT (LoveBeingTrue) her multi dimensional and Applied biomagnetic therapy practice in 2015.
Connecting to Source will be officially launched on Saturday the 5th of November, in the Coustguard Cultural Centre, Tramore, Co Waterford. The premium edition, available at the launch and select bookstores, was printed and produced by book specialists Lettertec Ireland Ltd. An international edition will be widely available on Amazon and other platforms, in addition to the Connecting to Source eBook. An audiobook, where Linda recites her bracing, transcendental verses, is currently under development.
